At Raishree Apparels, we are committed to providing a seamless and pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following details to understand our shipping process:

Domestic Shipping

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India for all orders.

  • Courier Partners: We use reliable courier companies such as Ecom and Delhivery to ship our products. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • Dispatch and Delivery Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours from the time of order placement. Post-dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, the courier company will contact you before delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you can arrange for redelivery or pick up the package from the courier’s location.

  • Unavailability at Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen time lags from courier companies or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: For international orders, shipping fees are charged per kilogram, and the total shipping cost depends on the weight of the order. The exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Taxes and Duties: Many countries impose import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. These additional charges are to be borne by the customer upon delivery. We advise you to check your country’s tax policies before placing an order. We do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders once they are placed.

  • Customs and Acceptance: If the customer refuses to accept or pay any customs charges for international orders, Raishree Apparels will not be liable for product exchanges, returns, or payment refunds.

  • Delivery Timeline: International orders are typically dispatched within 15-20 working days from the date of order placement. During peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest or public curfews, there may be an additional delay of 10-15 days. In such cases, we will inform you of the delay via email or call.

Receiving Your Order

  • Unboxing Guidelines: We request you to record an unboxing video and take images of the parcel within 48 hours of delivery, especially if you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel. In such cases, please do not accept the order and contact us immediately with the evidence to resolve the issue at the earliest.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can track your order using this number on the courier partner’s official website.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Address Change: Address changes will only be accepted if the order has not been shipped. Address changes are possible only if the new location is within the same state.

  • Order Cancellation: Prepaid and COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, please email us at support@raishree.com or call our customer support number from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

  • Force Majeure: Raishree Apparels is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.
