REFUND POLICY

 

At Raishree Apparels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. This comprehensive refund policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which refunds are processed.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Return Window: Products eligible for return can be returned within 3 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as 'Sale' or 'Clearance' are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@raishree.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, delivery address, and the reason for return. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please include images showing the issue.

  2. Return Pick-Up: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product from your address. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

  3. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If the product passes the quality check, we will proceed with the refund.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. For COD orders, the refund will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.

  2. Refund Mode: The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the same credit/debit card or bank account. For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.

Shipping and Handling Charges

  1. Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. If you return an order, these charges will not be refunded.

  2. Return Shipping Charges: The cost of return shipping will be borne by Raishree Apparels for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. For other reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

  1. Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please email us at support@raishree.com. If the order has not been processed, it will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  2. Cancellation by Raishree Apparels: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to various reasons, such as unavailability of the product, errors in product information or pricing, or any issue identified by our fraud detection team. If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost or undelivered to your specified location, we will refund the full order amount, including any shipping charges paid.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

  2. Exchange Process: To request an exchange, contact our customer support within 24-48 hours of delivery. A reverse pickup will be arranged, and upon receipt and inspection of the product, the requested size will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Refund for Debit/Credit Card Transfers

The time taken for refunds to reflect in your account depends on the bank. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account. Banks may send an SMS for credit amounts exceeding INR 5000. For refunds less than INR 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
